Customer Service Policy
Podsy will replace defective or damaged purchases with a new replacement, or issue a refund after review of your refund request. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.
Returns for items not purchased at podsy.com should be returned to the retailer they were purchased from and are subject to the applicable retailer return policy.
To be eligible for a return, please send photos of the defective or damaged product as well as your order number in an email to podsquad@podsy.com along with a description of the problem with the product. Do not mail defective or damaged products to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately regarding defective or damaged items and if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement items
The fastest way to ensure speedy replacement is to submit your request within 30 days from receipt. For replacement items, we do not require you to mail the physical product back to us. After we receive photos and a description of the defect, damage, or missing items we will process your request. Once reviewed, we will contact you with a resolution. In some cases, we will contact you with easy self-repair options before sending a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For refunds, we do not require you to mail the physical product back to us. After we receive photos and a description of the defect, damage, or missing items we will process your request.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that were purchased on sale or with discount codes, but we will replace items that are damaged or defective.
